Solstice CLEANSE!!! Only raw plants allll weeeek it feels so good! Here are my meals for the day…. The spiraled yellow squash with dill and squeeze of lemon juice is LEGIT my fav. Then the night of the 21-24 water fast. The clarity you get from this practice is amazing. And my energy goes through the roof when I maintain only raw foods for as long as I can… it’s a journey to maintain and the temptations are real. And worth the effort 💯

Card 111 out of my meditation deck. The All Seeing Eye is a beautiful concept, the quantum theory of entanglement, the Unified Field Theory, All-One and no thing is separate. How you see you shall be. Perspective is point of awareness and with will chosen. How you think you create. The energy you carry impresses the field around you and you are impressed by it. We remember we forget. How long can I stay in awareness today?

Eight souls journeyed with me today at Playlist Yoga in the Mason studio. 40 minutes of holotropic breath and 20 minute sound bath. It was powerful and transformative!
