People don’t just struggle because things aren’t working.
Sometimes they struggle because they don’t recognize what’s happening.
Some feel like nothing is changing — even when their body is improving.
Others feel fine — even when something needs attention.
Both situations are more common than we think.
That’s why it’s not always enough to rely on how things look or feel.
Sometimes the body is already moving in the right direction.
Sometimes it’s quietly asking for a different kind of attention.
