If you don't plan ahead - it can be challenging finding quick, healthy and affordable options. 🙁

Often, it's just easier to grab something cheap and filling - i.e. a slice of pizza, cup of fries or a bagel with cream cheese. 🍟 -
The solution for me is prepping my meals. If I have a healthy prepared meal at arms reach 10/10 I won't be eating out! 🙋🏻♀️

Also just imagine how much food you would get from one melon for around $2 compared to the pre-cut fruit at the grocery store. 🤯
