🏈🍽️ Tailgate Lunch + Christmas Toy Drive at Lake Martin Community Hospital 🎄🎁

We had such a fun and festive day at Lake Martin Community Hospital! Our team enjoyed a tailgate-themed lunch, great food, and plenty of team spirit as we kicked off the holiday season.

We also launched our Christmas Toy Drive to help bring joy to children in our community this year. Thank you to everyone who has already donated your kindness shines bright! 🎁✨

Ivy Creek Hospice joined in on the fun, surprising everyone with the cutest football-themed cupcakes! 🧁🏈 They were a huge hit!

Proud of this team, proud of this community, and proud of the heart behind it all.

🌿 Ivy Creek Hospice Out in the Community 🌿

Our team had a wonderful visit today at Tallassee Health & Rehab. Mary, volunteer coordinator spent one-on-one time with a hospice patient, and together with Aisha, they visited the entire facility to offer support, smiles, and connection with Marty 🐶

We are grateful for the warm welcome and for the opportunity to care, serve, and share moments that matter.

💗 A Little Care Goes a Long Way 💗

Today, one of our patients received a fresh haircut thanks to the kindness of our wonderful hospice volunteer, Sharon Brooks, shop owner and licensed cosmetologist at The Vault.

Sharon generously shares her time and talent to help our patients feel comfortable, cared for, and seen. Moments like these remind us that hospice is about so much more than medical care it’s about dignity, compassion, and meeting people where they are.

Please help us thank Sharon for her beautiful heart and the joy she brings to those we serve. ✂️💞

🎄🏠 Sweet Holiday Fun at Wetumpka Health & Rehab!

Our Ivy Creek Hospice team spent the day spreading holiday cheer and lots of frosting as we decorated gingerbread houses with the wonderful residents at Wetumpka Health and Rehab!

There was laughter, creativity, and more candy than anyone could count but most of all, there was joy. ❤️

Moments like these remind us that the holidays are about connection, compassion, and celebrating together.

🇺🇸 Honoring Our Heroes 🇺🇸

Today, our Ivy Creek Hospice team proudly waved our flags in honor of all who have served and especially in honor of Mr. Lawrence J. Allen, Jr., our incredible 99-year-old World War II Navy Veteran and hospice volunteer. 💙❤️

Mr. Allen recently attended the National Veterans Awards Dinner, where he was recognized as a WWII Honoree for his dedicated service to our country. His continued volunteer work and joyful spirit inspire us every day.

Thank you, Mr. Allen, and all veterans, for your courage, sacrifice, and service.
We are forever grateful. 🇺🇸
