Over the past several years, I’ve been on a journey of studying energy—learning how it moves around us, within us, and how it shapes the way we feel and show up in our lives. Through this process, I’ve had my own energy worked on, taken courses, and taught others what I’ve learned.
One of the biggest discoveries I’ve made about myself is this: when I multitask, I create energy that doesn’t align with my truth.
Like so many moms, parents, and busy professionals, I used to pride myself on juggling a million things at once—work, kids, home, you name it. But what I didn’t realize was that multitasking was putting my nervous system into overdrive, like I was being chased by a saber-toothed tiger. It amplified feelings of overwhelm and left me feeling out of balance, both physically and emotionally.
It took years of studying energy to finally recognize this pattern in myself. And once I did, everything started to shift.
