Three ways to rehydrate your skin this week:
1. Sip smarter: Aim for about half your body weight in ounces of water each day (for example, around 60 ounces if you’re 120 pounds). Add a pinch of sea salt or a squeeze of lemon to help your body absorb it better.
2. Seal it in: Apply your moisturizer while your skin is still slightly damp from your serum or mist to trap hydration inside.
