Yianna brings a beautiful combination of knowledge, passion, and heart to our team. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Coach, and Bodybuilding Specialist with years of experience helping clients transform not only their bodies, but their confidence and quality of life. Her ability to truly understand people — their goals, their struggles, and what they need to succeed — is what makes her coaching so impactful.
She is also an accomplished athlete, competing as an NPC Bikini Competitor with the National Physique Committee (NPC) and having a background in gymnastics, which reflects her discipline, dedication, and love for movement.
Most importantly, Yianna has a gift for leaving people better than she found them — stronger, more confident, and supported.
