I am fully devoted to helping you heal yourself through breathwork, self-mastery, crystals, and community. Amarsi means to love oneself and to love each other.

Those are the principles that guide my journey as a master breathwork facilitator, crystal curator, seeker, and mother. Breathwork found me in a pivotal time in my life, as I was taking on enormous personal challenges and diving deep into self-discovery. Its profound capabilities fueled my vision to create a community through healing, transformation, crystals, and the power of breath. Today, it is my privilege to share breathwork and serve others through in-person and virtual offerings. Breathwork under the light of the full moon is a powerful invitation to release, illuminate, and come home to yourself. As the moon reaches its peak, it shines light on what’s ready to be acknowledged and let go of old stories, stagnant emotions, and patterns that no longer serve you.

We’ll begin with Elizabeth Marie pulling a tarot card to set the tone and reveal what’s rising to the surface, then move through intentional breath to clear and create space. Afterward, we’ll close with a second card pull to offer insight on what’s shifted and the guidance unfolding as you step forward renewed. 🔮✨

Breathwork. It does a body good. And I’m dead serious - it really is my number one tool for everything I mentioned and more. Yesterday I was feeling deep sadness and Breathwork helped me feel it and release it. It truly does wonders.

No shade. It’s about following your own heart and intuition. I will never trade the experiences I have had and the places I’ve been to, for material things.
This was at the end of our first 🌵ceremony at the Tucume Pyramids, from the Moche culture of Peru. We spent the day in the sky, at the top of a mountain, deeply connecting with nature and ourselves.

Thank you for finding this space and honoring me with your curiosity. Breathwork found me at a pivotal time in my life, while I was dealing with enormous personal challenges. I honor and have benefitted from many teachers and healing modalities, each of which were important as I rebuilt my life. And I knew from the first time I did breathwork that I had discovered a beautiful tool with a profound capability to heal and connect, and felt called to dive deep into it. To say I have been transformed by this powerful practice is an understatement.

Now it is my privilege and duty to share this work with as many people as I can. To hold space and be in service is the ultimate expression of my gratitude for my new life, led with an open, connected heart.
