The Swear Jar: Break the Silence is a 90-minute, all-levels donation-based vinyasa created as a space to move anger, grief, frustration, and fire through the body—out loud and without apology. Set to rock, punk, metal, and alternative music, this practice invites you to sweat, breathe, curse, yell, and release.

We honor that anger and sadness are valid emotions, especially in response to injustice, harm, and silence. This class intentionally works with heart, back, core, and throat chakra energies, encouraging strength, expression, and emotional release through powerful, accessible sequencing.

Wear your favorite band tee, make noise, and throw your horns up \m/. Modify or rest whenever needed. This is a choice-based, all-levels class rooted in empowerment—not perfection.

All proceeds will be donated to Hands of a Friend, a local women’s outreach and shelter supporting survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking.

YOGA FOR A CAUSE IS BACK! Join us for a 90-minute candlelight restorative yoga class dedicated to honoring and supporting women impacted by domestic violence and human trafficking. This evening practice is offered as a space of safety, rest, and deep nourishment, with ALL proceeds donated to Hands of a Friend - a local women's outreach and shelter program.

Through long-held, fully supported restorative postures to aid in calming the central nervous system, we will focus on both grounding and gentle heart-opening restorative poses, inviting a sense of stability, safety, and quiet connection. The class will include guided meditation, soothing breathwork, and affirmations centered on love, safety, and self-trust, accompanied by soft candlelight and balanced aromatherapy, and a complimentary choice of herbal tea to soothe the soul.

This class is appropriate for all levels and bodies. No yoga experience is necessary. You are encouraged to take rest, self-care, and receive support in whatever way feels most comfortable.

This 90-minute all-level hatha class is dedicated to honoring the unseen women impacted by domestic violence and human trafficking, with ALL proceeds donated to Hands of a Friend - a local women's outreach and shelter program.

This empowering Hatha practice invites you to move with intention, integrity, and courage. We’ll explore strong, supportive alignment while focusing on spinal and hip extension, leg strength, and balance—cultivating both physical resilience and inner steadiness. This class is an invitation to stand tall in your truth, move bravely, and find serenity through strength and presence.

This evening class is an invitation to move with purpose, breathe with intention, and cultivate a sense of safety, resilience, and self-love—both on and off the mat. All levels are welcome. Come as you are.
