The Swear Jar: Break the Silence is a 90-minute, all-levels donation-based vinyasa created as a space to move anger, grief, frustration, and fire through the body—out loud and without apology. Set to rock, punk, metal, and alternative music, this practice invites you to sweat, breathe, curse, yell, and release.
We honor that anger and sadness are valid emotions, especially in response to injustice, harm, and silence. This class intentionally works with heart, back, core, and throat chakra energies, encouraging strength, expression, and emotional release through powerful, accessible sequencing.
Wear your favorite band tee, make noise, and throw your horns up \m/. Modify or rest whenever needed. This is a choice-based, all-levels class rooted in empowerment—not perfection.
All proceeds will be donated to Hands of a Friend, a local women’s outreach and shelter supporting survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking.
$15 minimum to participate. If you wish to donate more than the max amount or are unable to attend and still wish to donate, please contact us!
