Wild lettuce! The best for SERIOUS pain relief!

Them: Wild lettuce is dangerous!
Me: Tylenol can cause liver disease, Ibuprofen can cause kidney disease, aspirin can cause bleeding ulcers, and opioids can ruin your whole life. I'm gonna stick with my wild lettuce.

This grows every where and is very valuable for your pain relief. Wild lettuce is one of my favorite herbs that really packs a punch! Mix it in alcohol and make your own extract or use it in a tea. Add a bit of honey after brewing (this herb is NOT tasty, but really effective!)

Most people don’t realize this widespread plant produces a sap once valued like silver…
