Arlene and Nalini are both members of our 16 week challenge. They have been killing it and have shown, once again, that consistency is key. They have seen great results with the program and just so happen to have the two highest attendance rates.
Coincidence? We don’t think so!

What is the TPS Method?

The TPS Method is the most complete online strength training resource available, and it is getting better and bigger every day.

The TPS Method is founded off of Murph’s almost 30 years experience as a coach. He and his team have assembled a done for you system of training that includes: programs (workouts), technical instruction on how to do the lifts, seminars on all sorts of topics related to strength, health and fitness, and LIVE coaching via video posts.

Our strength training and fitness programs are scaled for beginners to expert levels and are all labelled so you know that you are using the correct ones for your fitness capabilities.

We also offer programming for Powerlifting compettiton, Raw and Equipped, beginner to World Champion.
