Most people don’t usually think about their grip on the deadlift until it’s a problem. We can promise you, if you keep training long enough, eventually you will get stronger than your grip.
Before that happens, learn some of the basics and apply them to your training to bulletproof your set up before it becomes a problem.

What is the TPS Method?

The TPS Method is the most complete online strength training resource available, and it is getting better and bigger every day.

The TPS Method is founded off of Murph’s almost 30 years experience as a coach. He and his team have assembled a done for you system of training that includes: programs (workouts), technical instruction on how to do the lifts, seminars on all sorts of topics related to strength, health and fitness, and LIVE coaching via video posts.

Our strength training and fitness programs are scaled for beginners to expert levels and are all labelled so you know that you are using the correct ones for your fitness capabilities.

We also offer programming for Powerlifting compettiton, Raw and Equipped, beginner to World Champion.
