Is there a perfect diet?

There is! But it can vary. Every person is bio-individual and may require a variety of nutrients to support their own body. Many times it is not so much as to what you are eating (vegetarian, carnivore, omnivore, etc) but more about the quality and the preparation methods of your meals.
