Open Hearts Family Wellness, a non-profit behavioral health clinic in Phoenix and Tempe, Arizona, has been serving its community since 1974. Offering trauma-informed, culturally responsive care, Open Hearts specializes in counseling, including early childhood support, behavior and family coaching, psychiatry, care coordination, and resource navigation. In addition to English and Spanish, services are available in other languages through their clinics, schools, and TeleMental Health services. Adopting the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT), a brain-based approach to healing, the center provides hope and comprehensive support to children, adults, and families on their journeys toward wellness.
