On Sunday, December 21st, we’ll gather in Tacoma for a gentle Winter Solstice celebration — a spacious circle for mantra connection and a deeply restful evening of sound healing. Participants will be welcomed and guided through a simple, heart-opening mantra to call in the light (no experience needed), followed by a cozy sound bath in hammocks or floor nests with soothing frequencies of crystal bowls, Chakra Overtone Drums, chimes, and more.

The Day of the Dead is not about death —
it’s about remembering life. ✨

It’s the day the veil softens,
when love walks freely between worlds,
and the living and the departed
meet again in song, in story, in sound.

We light candles not for sorrow,
but for connection —
for the hands that held us,
and the hearts that still whisper in our dreams.

We build altars of color and memory —
of marigolds, sugar, and flame —
each one a whisper of gratitude
to those who came before.

Through sound, we remember
that love never leaves —
it only changes form. 🕯️💫

I’m endlessly grateful to everyone who joined us for this year’s Day of the Dead celebration — for co-creating another night of beauty, remembrance, and magic.
Special love to Dawn , my dear friend and co-facilitator, for helping hold this sacred space with such grace. And to my teacher for the teaching and wisdom.

What if grief isn’t something to “get over,” but a sacred doorway to connection — to love that never left?

On November 1st, we’ll gather for a gentle and deeply restorative evening —
a Day of the Dead Ceremony & Sound Healing

You’re invited to bring photos, flowers, or small treasures that remind you of your loved ones.
We’ll co-create a collective altar, float in silk hammocks, and let healing sound waves wash through the body — softening what’s heavy, and opening the heart to peace and remembrance.

🌹 After our sound bath, we’ll share an ancestral potluck, enjoying the favorite dishes of those we love.
Food is medicine too — a way to ground, nourish, and celebrate the lineage that lives within us.

Because when we pause to remember, we also return to ourselves.
And in that space, healing begins.
