💀 Have you ever wondered what it means to truly honor those who’ve passed?
What if grief isn’t something to “get over,” but a sacred doorway to connection — to love that never left?
On November 1st, we’ll gather for a gentle and deeply restorative evening —
a Day of the Dead Ceremony & Sound Healing
You’re invited to bring photos, flowers, or small treasures that remind you of your loved ones.
We’ll co-create a collective altar, float in silk hammocks, and let healing sound waves wash through the body — softening what’s heavy, and opening the heart to peace and remembrance.
🌹 After our sound bath, we’ll share an ancestral potluck, enjoying the favorite dishes of those we love.
Food is medicine too — a way to ground, nourish, and celebrate the lineage that lives within us.
Because when we pause to remember, we also return to ourselves.
And in that space, healing begins.
