As a result, they end up chasing complexity, sweat, exhaustion, and whatever new trend the internet is pushing that week.

So many times, I have clients come to me saying…”I saw this new exercise that’s GUARANTEEING I’ll get XYZ if I do it…”

But the truth is…they don’t understand that real progress comes from boring, repeatable habits done consistently.

GLP1s can help some people get started. I’m not against that.

But they’re not a savior.

A shot can lower your appetite, it can’t build discipline, habits, strength, or structure. If the lifestyle doesn’t change, the results won’t last.
