🚨 SKYLER COPE CPR LIFESAVER AWARD 🚨
Shoutout to Snead Fire Department and Susan Moore Fire Department for their continued commitment to excellence in service and patient care.
This recognition is awarded for outstanding performance, rapid intervention, and actions that directly contributed to saving a life.
First on scene, Jimmy immediately recognized a life-threatening emergency, initiated high-quality hands-only CPR, and effectively communicated with 911.
Due to Jimmy’s early CPR and the relentless efforts of the responding crew, they worked tirelessly to regain a pulse.
When additional units arrived, the patient presented with a weak pulse and apneic respirations before deteriorating again. Through coordinated team efforts airway management, vascular access, medication administration, and defibrillation ROSC was achieved with a strong, organized rhythm and palpable pulse.
Jimmy Long’s decisive actions and the team’s coordinated response exemplify the highest standards of emergency care and truly embody what it means to save a life.
