We offer functional aging fitness training in small groups or 1-on-1. We believe that exercise should support the activities you are passionate about doing every day. We specialize in functional fitness personal training for people over 50. Functional bodyweight resistance training is scientifically proven to be the most effective way to build muscle, strengthen the core, and burn fat – no matter the age. Training with one of our Functional Aging Specialists will allow you to pursue life with greater strength, energy, and vitality. Whether you are training one-on-one or in a small group of up to 5 people just like you, each 30-minute training session is geared to your individual fitness level and abilities – no matter your previous fitness experience.
