Road Recovery’s mission—supporting New York State youth facing mental health challenges, justice involvement, poverty, and other adversities through mentoring, creative arts, and recording programs—aligns powerfully with our own commitment to meaningful employment and community impact. Celebrating another milestone at Mid Hudson Works — made possible by our community.

We are thrilled to share that we’ve reached an important step in our facility improvements: the installation of a new 200‑amp electrical panel, marking the beginning of Phase 1 of our kitchen expansion project. This upgrade is essential to increasing our co‑packing capabilities, which will allow us to serve more mission‑aligned businesses and expand training and employment opportunities for the participants who rely on us.

This progress is possible thanks to the generosity of Central Hudson and a local private foundation whose name will remain private but whose impact is deeply felt. Their support strengthens our ability to grow sustainably, build capacity, and create more pathways to meaningful work for individuals facing barriers to employment.

Local and community‑based supporters play a vital role in the nonprofit ecosystem. When organizations invest in their neighbors, the entire region benefits — and today’s milestone is a powerful example of that.

We are sincerely grateful to both partners for believing in our mission and standing with us as we continue to serve the Hudson Valley community.
