🍁 Maple Lawn Homes Turns the Corner

After a decade of financial discipline and generous community support, Maple Lawn Homes has reduced its debt, reached full occupancy with a growing waitlist, and is now launching its “Next Level” expansion.

With over $2 million invested in campus improvements — and no new borrowing — we’re preparing to renovate the Social Center’s second floor to create more accessible space for the 40+ monthly activities our residents enjoy.

100+ years strong in Eureka, and we’re just getting started. ❤️

The second floor Social Center project’s first phase brings an elevator lift into the building that will provide the accessibility necessary for residents to get upstairs.
