Im Jordan, a Registered Nutrition & Dietetic Technician through the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics, a Certified Personal Trainer & Health Coach. I am not your typical trainer who uses moves and routines passed down through the ages, or whatever happens to sound good at the time. I have spent countless hours researching new techniques, routines, different movements and different philosophies which result in maximum results, and unmistakable gains to strength, conditioning, stamina, and all around mental fortitude. A quote from Dan Gable says: “After wrestling, everything else comes easy.” That may be true, but my workouts are definitely far from easy. I workout differently, and I get different results. I heard 2026 was out & 2016 was in, sooo let’s take a quick throwback 🪩🕺

1️⃣. This is throwing back to junior year of high school. At this time I was balancing school, work, extracurriculars & wrestling.

2️⃣. I had no idea I would end up in the career field I am. During this time, my goal was to be an elementary teacher (shout out to all you teachers, I couldn’t hang)

3️⃣. This year I was coming off a clavicle injury from the previous wrestling season. It was hard to mentally push through. This was also the first year that I struggled to make weight for meets & tournaments & spent most of my evenings sweating every drop of water out of my body to make 106lbs.

4️⃣. This year was also the year that I really learned my passion for the gym. I spent pretty much all my free time working out + lifting.

5️⃣. I could also go run 5 miles straight at less that a 7:00 pace. 🥵 Small flex that I currently can’t do (But am working towards getting better)

It’s okay to take up space. It’s okay to not have a 6 pack. It’s okay to not be a small.

With the increase in weight loss drugs, we’re seeing so many people implementing these & making themselves smaller & smaller. While I do firmly believe these drugs do have a place in a health & fitness routine when implemented right, there’s just something about small people using them to make themselves smaller.

As women, we naturally want smaller. This is something that many- myself included struggled with from time to time.

But, we need to remember:
A strong body is a healthy body.
A fed body is a healthy body.
A body that can move & enjoy life is a healthy body.

We don’t need to shrink ourselves to fit the narrative. A strong body is going to get you far.

Take up space. Eat the calories. Lift the heavy weights.

Starting this year out with a bang ⚡️

Since forever, I have always been a curious human. I have always loved learning. & that is something that I carry over strongly into my business- to always be learning & improving.

Over the past 3 months I have been uncomfortably learning. One of my goals as a coach is to be able to provide everyone that I come in contact with a learning experience.

As I was evaluating my coaching on areas I felt well rounded on vs. areas that scared me, I realized that there was a whole aspect of the game that I was missing.

When we look at health & fitness, of course your nutrition, lifestyle, exercise all play a role, but what about your mindset? Many times our mindset around things is what ACTUALLY holds us back.

So, I have spent the past 3 months diving deeper into motivation, mindset & coaching. Learning the uncomfortable & hard things & getting familiar with them.

I’m so excited to be able to deepen my skills as a coach & be able to help people exceed further within their goals 🫶🏽❤️‍🔥

New Years resolution: Break down all the fear mongering around food in 2026.

The current trend: Telling you the reason you're gaining weight is because you include smoothies in your routine.

Yes, smoothies tend to be:
⭕️ Higher in natural and/or added sugars
⭕️ Can be less filling that eating an actual meal
⭕️ Depending on ingredients, they can be loaded with calories

But, they can also be:
✅ High in vitamins & minerals
✅ Additional fiber in your routine
✅ Add to your daily fluid intake

When we look at what we eat, we need to consider the pros & cons.

Will this be the only way you get a serving of fruits & veggies in?
Do you not have time to eat & this is the one way you can get something in?
Are you struggling to get your protein in & enjoy the taste of smoothie with protein powder?

No food is bad food, in moderation.

Here’s a few wins that happened in 2025:
💍 I got to say yes to forever with my best friend
🚍 We purchased our first toy hauler which lead to so many adventures
🏋🏽‍♀️ We finished building my studio gym
💰 I hit a full roster of both inperson + online clients for the first time ever + started a wait list

Looking for a way to incorporate more health this year with less hassle?

Microhabits as great thing to add to your routine without adding additional stress.

So, what exactly are micro habits? Microhabits are small actions that we can add into our routine that don't add any additional stress to it.

One thing I like to chat with clients about is adding health, not taking away life. Doing this, just generally makes the whole process more enjoyable, but we're also more likely to stick to the routine long term. Adding in micro habits is a great way to do this.
