One week ago today…

Myself, Taylor, Patrice and Porsche, welcomed over 40 womxn to join us for THE 360 Retreat Experience™️ 2022.

It was a magnificent weekend. We kicked off Friday night with our “I Am Enough” monologues performed by THE 360 Coaches (Myself, Taylor, Patrice and Porsche). Myself and Jasmine aka LeGacee, then showed them one way to Maintain Their Healing with the Music Therapy Workshop.

Saturday we started Processing Life Experiences with the SPIRIT, SOUL & MIND WorkShops. And then walked them through the Expression of Healing with the BODY WorkShop on Saturday & Boxing Therapy with Coach Nita on Sunday.

We ended Friday & Saturday night by treating our guests to dinner catered by THE DB Experience. And capped off Sunday with brunch And ended Friday night by treating our guests to dinner catered by THE DB Experience.

THE GOAL:

SO MUCH to say y’all!!!

After 8 years of planning Therapeutic Wellness Retreats for womxn I kind finally say that I am an expert. To have gone from doing over nighters to three days and two nights of therapy centered retreats that feed women SPIRIT, SOUL MIND & BODY is an amazing feat. This isn’t a “girl you did it” post but a “WENDY you DID THAT” post.

For 8 years I have curated an executed weekend longer retreats, that give womxn a space to feel safe, break and breathe and be heard.

As a therapist, my retreats stand out because they are 100% therapy centered, utilizing both traditional and nontraditional therapeutic interventions.

This year I had the pleasure of serving over 40 womxn. This years theme, “ I AM Enough”, this is more than an affirmation, but a love letter to ourselves reminding us of who we are, why we are so DOPE, and why we take up space.

Thank You to all that took the leap of faith and were apart of making YEAR 8 GREAT!
