Located in Upland, Om Sweet Om provides a beautiful, peaceful center for you to improve your overall health and quality of life. Our certified and licensed instructors offer a wide variety of services, from holistic healing and massage to help you relax, to pilates, the Gyrotonic training method and yoga to help strengthen and energize your mind, body and spirit.
