Treatments for the neck and headaches:
-pillow stretch
-acupressure C0-C1 (for headaches).
-Upper Trap Stretch
Treatments for the low back/feet:
-Relaxed plank extension
-Nerve Flossing (hands under knee). Add knee flexion (one-sided; then both)
-Leg bent, knee over top stretch.
