🌸 We have so much planned for our seniors this month!

From coffee hours for connection ☕️ to van trips for the essentials 🚙 to craft days for fun 🎨, we’ve got it all!
All these activities are open to all, seniors or not, in our community, so make sure you stop by Upland Manor to join the fun.

Social isolation is a major problem for many seniors, so that’s why it’s one of our top priorities. Our team thoughtfully plans all 50+ events to ensure that our older friends feel supported and cared for all month long.

At our Upland Manor location, we offer a full dining experience where each course is served directly to your table. Every meal includes a starter 🥗, a main dish 🍝, and a dessert to finish! 🍰

Did you know Connect Senior Services offers a Meals on Wheels program?

🍽️ Meals on Wheels Connect provides affordable, home-delivered meals for adults 55+ and individuals with disabilities who may need extra support at home.

Our amazing in-house chefs prepare the same foods for our residents as the ones being delivered to the community. 📮 Then, our wonderful volunteers bring those meals right to your door, along with a friendly check-in.

This program helps older adult stay independent while making sure they’re eating well and staying connected.

💙 Do you or your loved one qualify?
You may qualify for Meals on Wheels Connect if you:
🥗 Are 55 or older, or an individual with a disability
🥦 Live within our service area: Upland, Montclair, and parts of Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga
🥕 Have difficulty preparing meals independently
🌶️ Would benefit from reliable affordable meal support

Signing up is easy! Meals are delivered monthly, Monday through Friday, with a weekend meal option. 🍛 Each meal is $6, and financial assistance is available for those who qualify.
