We believe in the power of connection, joy, and faith to transform lives. We offer competitively priced apartments for anyone 55 years or older.

We provide opportunities for seniors to experience these through a thriving community that provides housing, events, dining and need based services. We are a premier independent Christian senior living community, located in the heart of Upland, Ca. As part of the Brethren in Christ Church, we look to provide an inviting, loving community where we provide a holistic living experience that focuses on both body and soul. The Upland Manor home to 50 apartments ranging from studios to 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom units. Additionally, we have a host of free and low cost amenities, which provide comfort and care for our residents. Our community is centrally located in the heart of Southern California. We are conveniently located roughly thirty minutes from the wonderful mountain communities, Knotts Berry Farm and Walt Disney Theme Parks. We are also about an hour from the beach and the desert. 😂🎭 Laugh the Night Away for a Great Cause!
Join us for Connect Senior Services’ 3rd Annual Improv Comedy Night on Saturday, March 7 at 6PM at Solid Ground Church in Rancho Cucamonga!

Last year, 350 community members came together for an unforgettable night of laughter, connection, and joy—and we can’t wait to do it again and with hopefully even more people attending! This family-friendly event brings together businesses, churches, city leaders, families, and seniors all while supporting vital programs for local seniors. Funds raised will go to support Connect Senior Services and the seniors we serve at Upland Manor, Citrus Village, and its Meals on Wheels Connect program.

❤️🎄We are incredibly grateful to 123 Auto Center for sponsoring our Christmas Lunch for the 4th year in a row. Their continued generosity has helped make this event a joyful tradition our seniors look forward to each year.😊
From the delicious meal to the warm fellowship, this lunch was filled with laughter, connection, and holiday cheer. We were especially honored to have owner Ed Farraj and his wife Julie join us in celebrating—it meant so much our seniors!
A special surprise made the day even more memorable: a beautiful performance by violinist Paul Stein, who has played with the Philharmonic, filling the room with music and Christmas spirit.

Thank you, Ed, Julie and all of 123 Auto Center, for your faithful support and for helping us create meaningful moments for the seniors we serve. ❤️ Merry Christmas! 🎄

We hope you all had a Merry Christmas! Last week, something especially sweet and festive happened on our Meals on Wheels route. ❤️🎄

🍭Two of our volunteers brought their young grandchildren (2 and 3 year old) along while delivering meals, and the children handed out candy canes to each senior they served—creating smiles and meaningful moments of connection.😊

And today, that joy continued when another volunteer brought her teenage daughter along to help deliver meals. Seeing multiple generations serve together is a beautiful reminder of the community surrounding our seniors.

Currently, we are delivering 53 meals each day to seniors in our area—along with care, kindness, and friendly visits.

🚗 Just 2 hours a week can change a senior’s life.

Every weekday, our incredible team prepares nutritious, comforting meals for local seniors, delivered Monday–Friday with a friendly smile right to their door.

Each delivery brings more than a meal — it brings nutrition, connection, and hope. And getting started is easy with just 5 simple steps.
