I’m Dr. Maggie Gasiorova—your aesthetic physician at EM+ZEN. I am from the Czech Republic - I first studied dermatology in Europe, then came to the United States, built my life here, and became a physician.
I genuinely love medicine and the intensity of caring for very sick patients (and I still do), but years ago found my way back to medical aesthetics for the same reason I’ve always loved medicine: the science. Regenerative aesthetics, wellness, and longevity fascinate me.
I’ve trained internationally in aesthetic medicine - Europe, Dubai, Korea, and the U.S.
I’m very intentional about my approach. I believe aesthetics should be subtle and undetectable. People should tell you, “You look amazing—what are you doing?” not “What did you get done?” That difference matters.
My philosophy is simple: you can’t separate how you look from how you feel. The best results happen when we optimize you from the inside and the outside—because confidence isn’t superficial. It’s how you show up in your life, physically and mentally. And yes—society can be ruthless, and people will criticize you both for doing aesthetics and for not doing it. But choosing to invest in yourself isn’t about looking “different.” It’s about looking refreshed, confident, and genuinely amazing for your age.
I’m also skeptical by nature. I don’t chase trends or push procedures. Aesthetics should be honest, effective, and economical—meaning your time, money, and energy should produce real, visible results. I’d rather take small, strategic steps than do something aggressive. My goal is the least number of procedures over your lifetime—while still acknowledging that great results come from thoughtful maintenance.
