Happy 1st Day of Spring! As the days get sunnier and warmer, take a moment to notice the breeze on your skin, the chirps of the birds, & flowers blooming. Each day is an opportunity to change, to try something new, to explore a new reaction, response or behavior. You are worthy of growth & a new beginning, too!

Spring is often the season for new beginnings. As yogis, every day, every minute can be a new beginning by focusing on our breath, taking a moment for mindfulness, and to open our minds to new perspectives and possibilities. Enjoy this new Spring season!!

Last November 2024, I was invited by the Prince George's County Public Schools Retirees Association to give a yoga demonstration to residents at a local women's shelter( Thanks Dr. Wanda Robinson). It was a great experience to meet and share with an interested group of ladies.
