We had a 👻scary 👻good time at the PLF Halloween party! 🎃👹🧡🖤💜

The costumes and stall decorations did not disappoint and we enjoyed seeing everyone’s creative genius on full display!

From mummies, witches, Frankenstein and Ghostbusters— to minions, tacos, and green horses from Frozen, our spooky and silly bunch fully embraced the Halloween spirit!

The Grinch even stopped by to judge the costume contest, though was not a very polite guest and made quite a mess!

Thank you to all who joined us, and we wish everyone a safe and silly Halloween this week 🧡💜🖤

We had a blast with at a partner Patriot’s Promise clinic! The LCSO peer support team showed up ready to embrace the day of horsemanship, obstacle courses, and a trail adventure— with an added touch of some friendly competition! (Team 2, iykyk)

Equine-assisted services can be incredibly impactful for those currently serving as first responders or military, or those recently retired. We love LCSO’s initiative to be proactive in supporting their recently retired officers and the priority they’ve placed on providing mental health resources for those on the job. Promise Landing Farm is honored to serve those who serve through our incredible horses and program.

Thank you, LCSO for all you do for the Loudoun County community! (And be sure to thank your local heroes —aka first responders— for all they give to keep us safe!)

Thank you to the Patriots and volunteers of the September Patriot’s Promise clinic!

PLF was honored to welcome a keen group of veterans to our one-day clinic over the weekend, where they learned horsemanship skills, and put their new skillset to the test on the challenge course! The grand finale was a group trail hike to enhance and demonstrate the strong bonds developed between Patriots and their equine partners.

We capped off the clinic with a delicious BBQ lunch, and enjoyed the company of new friends.
