Tired but worth it!

I didn’t sit down one day and decide to write a book.

The idea for Threshold Work grew slowly over time, through conversations, seasons of change, and moments where life seemed to pause before the next step became clear.

I began to notice how many people find themselves in those in-between spaces.

Not quite who they were.
Not yet sure who they are becoming.

That space can feel unsettling, but it can also become a place of reflection, healing, and formation.

Writing this book allowed me to explore that space more deeply.

For a long time I’ve been reflecting on the space people enter when life is changing but the next chapter hasn’t fully appeared yet.

That in-between space can feel quiet, uncertain, and sometimes uncomfortable. But I’ve come to believe it is also where some of our deepest growth begins.

Eventually, those reflections became something more, and in many conversations with others navigating change, I kept returning to this idea.

I wrote a book called Threshold Work.

It’s an invitation to slow down, reflect, and engage the process of becoming when life places us in those in-between seasons.

March is Women's History Month, and today we're celebrating International Women's Day. Women and girls must embrace self-care.

Here are 5 small ways to care for yourself today:

Say NO to something that drains you.
Take 10 minutes to breathe, stretch, or rest.
Hydrate and nourish your body.
Take care of emotional health.
Speak kindly to yourself out loud so that you can hear it.
Unplug from social media for an hour or more.
