VISION-Assist and provide advocacy and outreach to women veterans and connect them with knowledge of Veterans Affairs and public sector systems. Housing, b. health care, c. rehabilitation and d. B. Provide information and direction. Offer meaningful referrals and resources to veterans and their families. Research and gather data regarding local support groups and veterans organizations. C. Collaborate and coordinate educational workshops, seminars and programs, partner and participate with community organizations, agencies and faith-based organization to ensure that all veterans and their families receive adequate services as mandated by the state of New York and the Federal Government. D. Serve as an advocate promoting recognition of women veteran's service and women in the military.
