Truth #5- you are allowed to receive support! You don’t have to do it on your own, and getting support might be the push you need to actually make it happen. My life changed when I allowed myself to be held and helped by others. Maybe not getting support is the thing that is sabotaging you…?

Taking a moment in the rays of the autumn sun while it's still here, and giving myself permission to pause and soak it in.

Ah yes, permission...now that's a topic.

In my transformational coaching practice, I see again and again how my clients get in their own way of the change they wish for. Our belief that we can't have, or can't do, or can't create XYZ because we are not good enough , creates the reality that indeed we don't have it.

How do we give ourselves permission to be enough? To stop sabotaging and actually take a stand for our deeper longings?

When we shift how we think and what we focus on, we shift how we manifest, and then we can open up to all the possibilities that have always existed for us. Your life is waiting for you to say YES to it, don't dim your own light.
