There really is something for everyone!
This year, I added a 30 minute back & upper body focused massage. This is for my regular clients who want to get in more frequently or need some maintenance massage in between the longer, more detailed sessions. If you sit at a desk all day and have shoulder tension or work a physically demanding job that has you push-pull-lift-bend that back, you now can get some stress relief in a super budget friendly way!
Of course, we still have the traditional, hour full-body relaxation massage. You can get a more nurturing, hot stone massage. Or for something extra special, a 90 minute elite massage that has all the indulgence of being treated like royalty.

Last year I made the transition from leaving the spa to creating a unique, private space in my home where I welcome clients. I am now here full-time!
This means I have open daytime availability on weekdays, but also, I have flexibility to schedule around your needs during evenings and weekends too. Some months my "extra hours" are limited because of coaching and events. However, I can always find a time for you!
If you fit into my typical weekday hours, I can usually get you in within the week and sometimes same day or next day! I am very proud to offer this because I KNOW how difficult it can be to get into someone's schedule when you really need it.
