Freedom Caregivers’ Story

Freedom Caregivers opened its doors in 2013, responding to a critical need for local in-home care services for the elderly population. Its founders, Jason Eibling and Joanne Yeater, with decades of healthcare experience between them, strived to create an organization offering the quality of care they would expect, and that their own senior relatives would embrace. Fast forward to today, and our agency has grown to include four office locations, 100 caregivers, and more than 200 clients. Even with this expansion, we remain individually focused on providing excellent personal care to elders in their homes. Freedom now offers a wide range of customizable services aimed at helping the Greatest Generation remain safe in their homes and active in the lives they worked so hard to build. What sets us apart from other agencies is our commitment to relationship-building and our unwavering service standards. We carefully match clients and caregivers; we’re available 24/7 to answer any questions. Our frontline staff members are carefully screened; they are individuals we would welcome into our own homes. They’re compassionate, professional, and continuously receive training to stay ahead of advancing in-home care trends. We’re Freedom Caregivers for so many reasons. In our experience, in-home care is the first – and best – choice for many older adults whose wishes are to remain in their homes with freedom, dignity, and independence. Our mission is to honor God by serving others. We believe the people who have always cared for us now deserve to be cared for by us.

What an unforgettable Veterans Day Parade this past Sunday! Freedom Caregivers was so proud to participate and drive our company Freedom Vehicle through the heart of Delaware, honoring those who have served. ❤️🤍💙

The organization of the event was absolutely impeccable, and the level of recognition and genuine support for our veterans, both past and present, was truly moving and inspiring. Thank you to everyone who came out!

A big wave from our team: Assistant Director of Operations Garret, his son Porter, and our Director of Business Development, Shaleigh, who had a blast connecting with the community and handing out candy! 🍬

A Great Day at the Wayne County Schools Career Center! 🙌

Briana, our Recruiting Coordinator, and Candice, our Wooster Branch Administrator, had an amazing time meeting with both the junior and senior Medical Assistant classes this week!

Together, they talked about the students’ goals, introduced Freedom Caregivers, and even conducted mock interviews to help prepare them for their future careers in healthcare.

We’re so grateful to Melody, the Medical Assistant Instructor and the Career Center for welcoming us and to the students for their energy, curiosity, and thoughtful questions. The future of healthcare is looking bright!

💙 Getting Out and Connecting with Our Community! 💙

What a tremendous few weeks it's been for the Freedom Caregivers team! We believe that effective care starts with strong community ties, and we’ve been thrilled to connect with so many families and professionals across Central Ohio.

We had a great time providing resources and discussing our services at:

Our absolute favorite part of these events is always when we run into the families of our current clients! Last week, Briana from our recruiting team visited the Nurse Aide Training Centers of Ohio (NATCO) to meet with the current STNA students! 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️

It was such a great opportunity to talk with these future healthcare professionals about their goals and share what it’s like to build a meaningful career in home health care. We discussed how joining the Freedom Caregivers team allows caregivers to make a real difference every day—helping clients maintain their independence, comfort, and dignity right at home. 🏡✨

We’re so excited to see these passionate students begin their journeys in the field and hope to welcome some of them to the Freedom Caregivers family soon! 💙
