Hello to Everyone❤ I am happy to announce that I am getting back to work. I am starting out 2-3 days a week and will see how that goes for the next few months. I will be chipping away at my regular client list, gift card holder list, and recent people who have reached out. Please have patience as I tackle this task and try to meet everyone's expectations. This has been a hard one to figure out what is best for myself and my family💞 We are in the midst of raising Littles, farming, camping, and trying to make the best memories for our kiddos💙 and everything else life throws at us! I've had some chats with a very close friend and they have been so supportive and upbeat about my plans to go back to work 🥰 I appreciate the encouragement and the wisdom of doing what's BEST for my family 😇 And knowing when to say no, which is so hard for me🙃 I miss you ALL and will be in touch soon!! Good Morning to you All❤ I know many of you are wondering when I'll be back to work! That's a great question 😉 I am currently working on my schedule and seeing what's going to suit our family best as for days and duration. I will be starting back part-time and building from there and or fluctuating days depending on the season and my kiddos needs😇 Please bare with me as I figure out this next phase and get back to my amazing clients!

A Big Thank You to all of my regular clients for your continued support and to the community, family and friends who purchase gift cards to support my business! I appreciate your business and understanding over the last 4 years❤ A quick update on my fast approaching maternity leave.....I am about 4.5 weeks out from welcoming another bundle of joy to this world!! There has been a few days and weeks where I have had to cancel and or reschedule appointments, and I appreciate your understanding❤ There have also been ones who I haven't been able to reschedule, but I will reach out if availability opens up. As for gift certificates, I have been upfront with those purchasing that I have limited availability up to maternity and won't be able to fulfill those until I'm back. Please have patience with this and know that I will honor those once I'm back to work. At this time, I don't have an exact date when I will return, but will keep everyone posted. I hope this update finds everyone well and please stay safe and healthy❣

Due to Wyandot County being under a Level 3 for a majority of the day, all appointments have been cancelled. All clients have been contacted. I will resume schedule tomorrow. We have been lifted to a Level 1. Thank you for your understanding. Please stay safe out there❤

Good Morning Everyone! As many of you have heard and seen, Massage Therapy will be back up and running in the state of Ohio as of Friday May 15th, 2020😁. There are guidelines we must follow to get back to running as smoothly as possible, so please be patient with us as we get our business setting and schedules under control. I will personally be starting from the time I was shutdown and moving forward to reschedule missed appointments and reminding clients of their next appointment(s). I appreciate your business, support, and cooperation through all of this. I am truly excited to get back to work and assist others with the destressing process that our situations have created! Something to ponder......our bodies are made up of roughly 70% water.....we excrete water through sweating and urine. If we don't put water back into our system how will it function to full capacity? Good morning to my clients😁 At this time the state has extended social distancing and I am still closed for business through April 30th. We all are unsure of the outcomes of this all but I know as a whole we are doing what's necessary to stay safe and healthy❤ Please stay updated with the state and local orders. At this point all of my appointments are cancelled for April, please spread the word. I miss you all and hope you all are staying home and enjoying the down time❤

It is with a heavy heart I have to announce that the state of Ohio shut down massage therapy locations. I am currently working on contacting my next week clients to notify them of cancellation of their appointment and then will do so by a week to week basis as we all are unaware of the duration of this. Please everyone take care of themselves❤ Rest, hydrate, and most of all enjoy time with your loved ones at home❤ I appreciate you all in supporting me in my true passion of life and massage therapy! You all are not just clients, your family! I wish you the best in all of this choas going on, but know we aren't in this alone and take the good from it! Thank you and have a great day!

Hello to all of my wonderful clients🥰 I hope you and your families are well and stay healthy. I am continuing my massage schedule as long as I am permitted to. What is cupping?
Cupping is a type of alternative therapy that originated in China. It involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. The suction may facilitate healing with blood flow.

Proponents also claim the suction helps facilitate the flow of “qi” in the body. Qi is a Chinese word meaning life force. A famous Taoist alchemist and herbalist, Ge Hong, reportedly first practiced cupping. He lived from A.D. 281 to 341.

Many Taoists believe that cupping helps balance yin and yang, or the negative and positive, within the body. Restoring balance between these two extremes is thought to help with the body’s resistance to pathogens as well as its ability to increase blood flow and reduce pain.

Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This may relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair. It may also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue.

People use cupping to complement their care for a host of issues and conditions.
