Cardio Drumming + Cotton Candy = The Perfect Combo! 🎉🥁

Our residents had a blast during today’s Cardio Drumming Group! This high-energy, full-body workout gets hearts pumping, muscles moving, and spirits lifted — all while having FUN! From building strength and coordination to boosting endurance and smiles, everyone rocked it today! 💪😄

And of course, we wrapped things up with a sweet surprise… cotton candy! 🍭 It was a HUGE hit and the perfect way to celebrate a great workout!

Way to go, everyone — keep drumming, keep moving, and keep shining! 🌟
