A special series for those folks who prefer getting strong while seated: Seated Strength with Bands
A gentle yet empowering class designed to build strength, stability, and balance using resistance bands — all while seated in a chair. We’ll focus on mindful movement, breath awareness, and proper alignment as we strengthen the muscles that support posture and everyday mobility. Ideal for older adults or anyone who prefers a supported practice, this class offers a safe, low-impact way to improve tone, confidence, and overall well-being.
All levels welcome.
This 4-week series kicks off on Wednesday, Nov. 26 at 2:30 PM. Single class: $16 or enjoy the whole series for $48. Unlimited members: free!
