We’re looking for a motivated working student this summer to support sales, marketing, and business development within our equestrian program and nonprofit.
✨ Flexible hours (part or full-time)
✨ Competitive pay
✨ Hybrid (remote + on-site in Upperville)
✨ Hands-on experience in nonprofit growth, donor engagement & branding
Ideal candidates:
✔️ Strong people skills + self-starter mindset
✔️ Comfortable with social media, Google Docs & basic tech tools
✔️ Able to navigate CRM/website platforms (or eager to learn)
✔️ Based in Northern VA with reliable transportation

Team Wheatland Equestrian had a great show day at Morven Park today for our first dressage show of the season! With wins in all of their classes for Ju Leigh and Jupiter, and Anthony and Paddy (Patronum De L’Aube) it was a great way to get started! Thanks to all of the team members behind the scenes who help make it happen- and to our barn family who show up and support one another. We are blessed ❤️🌿🌷🌸
