The EPL is proud to present our newest graduate, Dr. Emily Erlenbach!

Emily Erlenbach joined the EPL in 2018 and received her Masters enroute to her PhD this year. Her doctoral dissertation was titled 'One Step at a Time: Testing the Feasibility and Efficacy of a Novel Social Cognitive Theory-Based Intervention to Reduce Sedentary Behavior and Promote Physical Activity among Working Adults'

At today's doctoral graduation ceremony held by The Graduate College at Illinois Emily was hooded by Dr. Gothe - a symbolic gesture that represents the culmination of scholarly and personal achievement and marks the transition from learner to a scholar in one’s field. Today's celebration was for all Illinois graduates who have earned the highest degree, the doctorate, along with their faculty mentors.

Congratulations Dr. Erlenbach!
