• Breathe + soften. Inhale for 4, exhale for 6, repeat 10 times. Shoulders drop? That’s your sign.
• Journal dump. Three messy pages. No perfection, just “what’s here right now?”
• Automatic writing. Ask, “What do I need today?” Write whatever comes—don’t edit. Spirit loves stream-of-consciousness.
• Micro-stillness. Put your hand on your heart, whisper, “I’m safe to slow down.” Feel the exhale.

You’re not failing if you need more quiet—your body is integrating more light. So much is being asked of us energetically right now. This is where we can let Nature do the heavy lifting. 🌞🌿
