Auglaize Region celebrated the longevity of some of their great employees this month! (Left to right: Trudi Vargo 20 years, Tanya Stauffer PA, Teresa Howell 15 years)
Trudi started out 20 years ago as a DSP in a 15 bed home before graduating to DSM for several homes in Auglaize and Van Wert. Now, she is very proud to be a Program Specialist for Auglaize County.
Teresa Howell started her 15 years with CRSI as a DSP. She then went on to fill needs as a CPR instructor, training fellow staff leveraging her educational background. She is always willing to make time to help her individuals and fellow CRSI staff members.
Erica Comment (5 years) was unable to join in the celebration but is pictured on slide two. She started as a DSP in Van Wert and now is a great DSM there.
All of these remarkable ladies are Core Value Spot Light winners and examples of Respect, Empowerment, Positivity, Ownership, and Teamwork. Thank you all for your dedication and lasting impact!
