Helping assist with the financial burden of cancer patients in Champaign County continues to be our focus. Click the link below for more info.

Our goal is to alleviate some stress & provide a better outcome as they go through these life changing events. In September, 1980 five directors of the Champaign County chapter of the American Cancer Society resigned their positions to form a new cancer agency dedicated to providing service to Champaign County, Ohio residents. All five directors felt that too little of the money collected from county residents was used to benefit local residents. Because of the dedication and commitment of these five, the Cancer Association of Champaign County was formed.

✔️7 new patients enrolled in September 2025
⛽️Supplied 18 patients with gas cards
💊Helped 2 patients with prescription costs
🩺Paid medical bills for 4 patients
‼️Processed medical bills for 20 patients
🫙Supplied nutritional supplements to 4 patients
🙍🏼‍♀️Provided wigs for 2 patients
