It's the last Wednesday in April can you believe it?!

A little wellness tip for you from me today is how to figure out to proper amount of water to drink in a day! The best way to figure this is not by the amount of glasses of water but by the amount of ounces per pound you weigh.

For example I weigh 140 lbs. Half of that is 70 so my water intake needs to be a min. of 70 oz per day!

This one is kinda hard as I haven't had time to read on personal time very much in the last few years but one of my Favorite books of all time is Green Angel by Alice Hoffman.

It's not a very long book but is one of the only books I have been able to read over and over again. I stumbled across it in the 7th grade when we had to read books and test over them for our English class.
