We’re pleased to welcome two talented leaders to WesleyLife.

Mandy Abbas has joined our Information Solutions team as enterprise applications director. She will guide our application analysts in deploying and optimizing the systems that support our organization’s work. Mandy brings deep experience in value-based analytics, Accountable Care Organization operations, and enterprise software, most recently from UnityPoint.

Katie Boettcher has joined People and Culture as director of people and culture. Katie brings 16 years of human resources expertise, including specialized experience in recruitment, engagement, and building people-first workplace cultures. She joins us from Bank Iowa, where she led key efforts in talent acquisition and performance management.
