Did you know your autonomic nervous system has two sides constantly working to keep you in sync?

Sympathetic Nervous System = “Fight, Flight, or Freeze”
This system kicks in during stress. Your heart rate rises, muscles tense, and energy shifts to survival mode.

Parasympathetic Nervous System = “Rest, Digest, and Heal”
This side helps you relax, heal, and restore. It slows your heart rate, boosts digestion, and supports recovery.
