Temple filler is one of the MOST overlooked areas in full facial rejuvenation… and one of the most important.
When the temples hollow, it creates:
• Shadowing
• A skeletonized / aged appearance
• Loss of upper face support (affecting brows + cheeks)
✨ Restoring this area = softer, more youthful, balanced facial contours
This isn’t a “one technique fits all” treatment.
For deeper hollowing → I place product directly on bone with a needle for structural support
Then refine + blend with cannula for safety and smooth integration
For mild hollowing → cannula-only placement for a softer, diffused result
In this case: both needle + cannula were used for optimal structure + blending
Because it’s not just about adding volume…
It’s about restoring anatomy the RIGHT way.
💉 Advanced technique matters. This area requires precision, experience, and respect for vascular anatomy.
