With over ten years of experience in the medical field and five years of focused practice in Nutrition Response Testing (NRT), I bring a multidisciplinary perspective that bridges clinical medicine and holistic health sciences. My professional trajectory was profoundly shaped by my own family’s health transformation, an experience that deepened my commitment to evidence-informed, patient-centered approaches to wellness.
I completed formal studies in Holistic Health through the Ulan Nutritional Systems, where I developed a strong foundation in applied kinesiology, functional nutrition, and biofeedback-based assessment. My ongoing professional development includes advanced coursework in integrative health, nutritional biochemistry, and systems-based approaches to chronic disease prevention. I am also working on my ACN, becoming certified in thermography and completing my bioscanner coursework.
My clinical philosophy centers on the body’s intrinsic capacity for self-regulation and healing when provided with optimal nutritional and environmental support. Through individualized care plans, I aim to identify and address root imbalances, facilitating restoration of physiological harmony and long-term vitality.
Outside of clinical practice, I value time with my family and maintain personal wellness through cycling, continued study, and regular sauna therapy.
