Thereโ€™s always time for self-care. Even if youโ€™re spinning a bajillion plates and you canโ€™t remember what day of the week it is. All you need is 30 seconds. You sure you donโ€™t have time to self-careโ€ฆ? Yeah, didnโ€™t think so. ๐Ÿ’ญ

Here are three ways to self-care in 1 minute or less:

With our ever-increasing sedentary postures, it can lead to altered biomechanics in the shoulder and cause this muscle to be loaded up with a significant amount of scar tissue. When this happens it puts more strain on the joints and tendons, often leading to rotator cuff tears and cartilage problems.โฃ Treatment of the Infraspinatus Muscle also tends to be too compressive, which doesnโ€™t allow for accurate tissue slide and tension to properly get rid of the Scar Tissue formation in the muscle.
โฃ๐“๐š๐ค๐ž-๐‡๐จ๐ฆ๐ž: When assessing and looking at shoulder pain most practitioners look at the effect of it, which presents in the Supraspinatus tendon or the joint of the shoulder.
