We wanted to share this helpful link from Polk County Emergency Management that highlights all the ways you or someone you may know can access a warm place to go during extreme temperatures.

During extreme temperatures for either heat or cold, the Polk County Extreme Temperature Plan will be in effect. Activation criteria for extreme temperatures is as follows:
