Dr. Greg Pray trusts in taking time to discuss your history, and performing a thorough orthopedic and neurological evaluation to determine the CAUSE of your complaint, and address all of the involved components in a treatment plan fitted specifically to you. We utilize the chiropractic adjustment to promote a speedy recovery and for you to function at your best, but there is often a ‘soft-tissue’ component (muscle, ligament, etc…) which we address to quickly get you back to living your life to the fullest. Treatment plans vary, but significant improvement is usually seen within four to six treatments. Some of our patients see improvement after just one or two treatments, while some others require a longer time frame. If we can help you, we will. If your problem lies outside of the scope of chiropractic, we will refer you to a professional who can help you. We manage so much of our lives from our devices that many of us have become dependent on them, and that means more screen time. If you're looking at your screen more than an hour a day it's important to maintain posture to prevent neck pain and injuries. Lift your phone to the level of your eyes rather than looking down into your lap. If you are on a laptop or desktop be sure to elevate your monitor to where the top of the screen is at the level of your eyes to prevent neck strain.

The position in which we sleep is important to our health. Sleep positioning can affect spine health, back pain, headaches, and sleep quality. A pillow that keeps your spine in a neutral position based on your sleep position is important. Stomach sleeping can increase your chance for, or worsen existing back pain.

More important that getting 10,000 steps is getting more steps than you had yesterday or last month. You'll get more benefit going from 1,000 steps to 3,000 steps than from 9k to 10k. Get going! It doesn't have to be perfect!
