Moving your body gently with your breath is such a beautiful gift to give yourself. Join us at an Accessible Yoga class knowing that you'll be able to do this in a way that loves and supports your body. Allow yourself to relax and flow and move to restore your peace. Nourish your body, mind and spirit. Give yourself some love in February.

With Accessible Yoga, you can experience the feeling of freedom while being completely supported and safe. And you know what? When I practice Dancer, in my mind, I am standing at the edge of a cliff gazing out onto the ocean or Lake Superior, feeling the breeze on my face. When we feel safe and free in our practice, our mind is at peace, and we can truly feel into a pose or posture. We can also experience this same feeling when practicing on the chair.

Come practice with us in January and feel the peace and freedom of a practice that honors where you are at in that moment. Fireplace included! For real!

I am sharing a wonderful & needed class from one of my teachers, Michelle Wilson, of Radiant Wellness Solutions She generously created this practice to offer some peace into the lives of others during this time.

Michelle shares many practices or tools that can benefit our nervous systems when we are in need of some additional peace and calm. They are not necessarily meant to be done all at once but more as an introduction to a menu of options when you are in need.

I especially found the meditation that begins around 45:00 to be of much comfort and peace. I did, however, experience the whole class and highly recommend this hour well spent.

Let’s Discover Your Yoga

My passion is to share yoga with those who think their bodies cannot do yoga. Yoga offers many benefits. I’ve practiced while needing crutches, wearing a sling and while in a boot.

My aging body has been a great teacher. Arthritic knees, knee replacement surgery, inflamed foot tendons, a torn hamstring and rotator cuff injury & surgery have all taught me compassion and patience and strengthened my desire to share accessible yoga with others.

My mission is to offer accessible yoga to those experiencing challenges with their bodies and/or seeking a practice especially adapted to their bodies and needs.
