This week, members of our Albert Lea and Mason City leadership teams had the incredible opportunity to attend the Empower & Thrive: Women’s Leadership & Wellness Summit, presented by ARRM — and what an inspiring experience it was!

Our leaders had an amazing time connecting with other women across the industry, building new skills, and diving into conversations about wellness, leadership, and the power of supporting one another. 💬✨

From motivational speakers to hands-on learning, the day was filled with growth, laughter, and shared purpose. Our team returned energized, empowered, and excited to bring fresh ideas back to Crest Services.

🎉 A Wonderful Night in Ottumwa! 🎉

The Ottumwa community showed up in full force Wednesday night at Hotel Ottumwa as we celebrated all members with birthdays in January, February, and March! 🎂✨
